This girl just has "it." I didn't have to direct her at all, she just did it. She was so much fun to work with and so easy to shoot. Definitely a super model in the making! LOVED her hot pink skates and really wanted to play those up. Here's a few favorites so far:
feels really, really good. The urge to get in my scrapbook room and do it feels really good too. I spent Sunday and part of yesterday working on my Memory Makers Masters entry. I wish I could share it! I'm really enjoying the process of creating it. I'm also working on Mother's Day gifts as well as teacher's gifts. I also made an 8.5 x 11 layout - that hasn't happened in forever! It was fun to do something different.
I know I'm late getting in on the Stickles love, but, I'm seriously obsessed with the stuff now!
In non - scrap news, I've been working hard in my yard as well as my parent's. My dad put a lot of time, love, energy and money into his yard and I know it's killing him, being unable to get out there and work in it. Last week he sat on the porch while I pulled weeds (and chased Addy around the yard). It was nice to see him out, enjoying some fresh air and the beautiful weather. I took some photos of his flowers - I'm going to print a few up and frame them for his room.
I have been reading a 60 day devotional and I am loving what I am getting from it. The scriptures are, each day, exactly what I needed to read - they apply so perfectly. Here is one of my favorites so far:
God Hears You
